White pollution has become an important factor in causing the deterioration of thehuman environment. Plastic bags, bring convenience to people’s lives, while it also reducesthe quality of people’s lives. From the perspective of resource conservation, should recycleplastic bags. But recycling production costs are higher than the direct costs of production.Therefore it is difficult to achieve recycling. Compound paper-yarn bag, from thefundamental, solution the packaging requirements of environmental protection. At the presenttime, mechanical control system and electrical equipment for the existing bag makingmachine has been greatly improved, but the efficiency and security of the control system stillneed to enrich and development. In view of the above, this thesis aims to design a fullyautomatic compound paper-yarn bag-making machine control system, which is based on theS7-200PLC.In this thesis, the control system of compound paper-yarn bag-making machine isdesigned. First, present situation of bag making machine in home and abroad was introduced,and the purpose, significance and method of the research is pointed out. Second, the systemcomposition and work process of bag-making machine control system are briefly described,according to the control functions of the system requirements; the whole control scheme ofcompound paper-yarn bag-making machine is formulated. Third, the hardware platform of thecontrol system is established, the master controller of the control system is SiemensS7-200PLC, PT100hot resistance and EM231module are used to constitute the temperaturecontrol subsystem, by means of PLC control the inverter, realize the control of pulling motorand wound rotor motor. the shear high-speed and counter rotary encoders are used To achievethe accurate positioning, the Siemens touch screen is selected, the man-machine interfaceprogram is compiled by Wincc Flexible2008software. Lastly, on the basis of the systemhardware design, the thesis also completed the design of corresponding system software,including the introduction of the development environment of software, the settings ofInverter parameter, the related subsystems flowchart and program design, and the preparationof the man-machine interface program.Programmable logic controller (PLC), converter, rotary encoder, control devices are usedin this system. realize paper the yarn composite bag making machine automatically controlwhich is based on S7-200PLC, improve the problems and shortcomings of the original bagmaking machine, the stability of the system and the degree of automation has improved significantly, machining accuracy and quality of the paper bag has also been significantlyimproved.
