Application And Research Of Technology In Technology Management Unstructured Data Processing

With the rapid growth of the scale, the application of unstructured and semi-structured information needed, the Content Management as a kind of unstructured information management technology was gradually becoming an important direction of the unstructured data in the development of the information technology. Relative to the structured data stored in relational databases, the object of content management based of digital content is various types of unstructured data documents. The digital content contained the various documents, statements, bills, web pages, images, faxes, scanned images, and a large number of multimedia audio as well as video information etc. As a content management, Science and Technology Award Evaluation Systems were facing a lot of problems to handling unstructured data every year, such as documents, pictures and other unstructured and semi-structured information. The work of Science and Technology Awards mainly was made up with the project reporting, recommendations, formal examination, experts web conferencing review, the results of certification released, and each part of which has strict regulations on awards process as clearly defined. Therefore, the data information covered by the declaration must be accurate in order to ensure that business processes to deal effectively with the declaration materials, making the assessment result justice fair and reasonable. Obviously, it was very important to declare the data to effectively fill in, upload and processing. Accurate extraction of unstructured information in Science of Technology Reward System is a Key to solve the problem in this paper.According to the problems of the Content Management existed in traditional Science and Technology Award System, this article takes a commonly used type of unstructured data-Word document for example,to analyze and study data processing of supporting business processes in science and technology awards accreditation activities.First, this article introduced the current research situation of unstructured data processing, the open source content management system--Drupal, and this article exactly analsyze the advantages and disadvantages of Drupal and its feasibility of application in Reward Management System of Science and Technology of Kunming City. Second, this article introduced the process of Science and Technology Award evaluation activities. The specific design and implementation of the science and technology reward management system of Kunming city in this article were given in this article and pointed out the importance to declare the accurate information delivering in each module. Analysis by reporting the data processing problem of assessment activities, so that putting forward to the problem of the open Word document as a means to resolve claims data fill, upload and accurate reporting information processing. Third, this article introduced that the method and strategy about how to upload, to declare the information storage, management and display and discussed the security of Drupal storage strategy to download and upload the safety load based on the security, summarized the effect of Word document data accurate extraction system. At the last, This paper proposed to handle unstructured information paper proposes to build a new data structure model, the data structure is described in detail and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of unstructured data structure processing of the data, put forward the next research work summary.
