Based On Workflow Technology, Science And Technology Awards Network Assessment System Design And Realization

The concept of workflow originated in the production and Office Automation systems,which focused on day-to-day work activities and the procedures fixed. By the concept of workflow, the workflow management system manages the relevant information and human resources coordinationly. In accordance with the implementation of certain operational procedures, the process could be excuted automated.The process of Science and Technology Awards Evaluation is a typical workflow. So based on the analysis of the process and the requirement of Science and Technology Awards, the technics of workflow has been used in the design and implementation of the Network Evaluation System of Science and Technology Awards. The main work of this master's thesis could be described as follows:1. The process of the science and technology awards evaluation has been analysed. And the frame based on workflow of the Network Evaluation System of Science and Technology Awards has been proposed .2. The technics of Work Flow Petri-Net has been adopted in building the process model of Science and Technology Awards Evaluation. And the rationality problem and the storage of the process model has been researched.3. The technics of the workflow engine which could offer the supportment to the dynamic change of process model has been studied. And the workflow engine has been designed. At last, the technics of WebService has been adopted in the implementation of the engine.4. The security of the System has been analysed, and the design and the implementation of the National Network Evaluation System of Science and Technology Awards has been given as a example.The Network Evaluation System of Science and Technology Awards based on workflow has been used successful in National Ministry of Science and Technology , and the Science and Technology Awards manage department of Ministry of Education, Shanghai, ect. Because of the adpotion of workflow, the humen resource and information resource could be managed efficiency. And the cost of the Science and Technology Awards Evalution has been reduced because of the System.
