Customer Relationship Management has been payed more and more attention with the development of information technology. With China joined the WTO, enterprises will face more intense competition, It is an important measure to solve this problem that to import the customer relationship management system. Customer Relationship Management is a new management mechanism to improve the relationship between the enterprise and the customer. The fields that CRM works is such as marketing management, sales, service and technical support that related to the customer. Through communication between enterprise and customer, CRM can decrease the step and cost to increase effect.The information era is the era which is short of customers, all kinds of resources that business development needs, such as human and material resources, productivity etc. can be created, but everyone in the field is limited for customer resources, so through product innovation, enterprise management innovation and service innovation, we can in order to seize the limited resources of the client, and maintaining a good relationship between the customer and the enterprise thus to understand deeper on customer demand trends,these requirements in all aspects of the efforts have become major issues to face for a enterprise to survive and develop. To keep in an invincible position in the fierce market competition, enterprises must find new manage ideas and manage methods, to integrate its internal and external resources for effective. For each enterprise customers’management degree of perfection will directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, the introduction of CRM is crucial for the development of enterprise.First of all, the introduction of the CRM system at home and abroad about the concept, types, and system architecture and technical achievement. Analysis and comparison at the current software system architecture in C/S and B/S two typical patterns, summing up its strengths and weaknesses, make sure SSH model as the design mode of the system.This article is based on Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework and ExtJS technology, and elaboratd the design and implementation of CRM. This system included six modules——marketing management, customer management, service management, statistical reports, basic data and rights management. Based on the analysis and design, using MyEclipse as a development tool, Microsoft SQL Server2005as the database, using Struts, Hibernate, Spring framework of J2EE to proceed integrated development. Discusses the SSH model based on the CRM system system design and implementation process, including system architecture design, system design, database design, system interface design and related modules the implementation. Finally thesis on the system development process are summarized, and CRM system, the development of the future.
