In recent years, the communication network scale is growing at an alarming rate. The transmission network is the foundation of the entire communication network. Customer business opened automatically, network optimization and network operation of telecom operators all need to be relied on the data analysis and decision. Therefore, the network resource data in the resource management system must be strictly maintained with the actual network data in real time, consistently and completely. In order to do this we must provide a function that can realize the data of the resource management system automated synchronize with the data of the current network, which ensure the real-time, accuracy and integrity of the data. At the same time, in order to improve the utilization of available resources and reduce operating costs, we need to optimize, automatically adjust and assistant decision-make network resources.This paper is based on the actual needs of the transmission network, analyses and research on feature of the transmission network of the network resources (network elements, slot, port, circuit routing, etc.). Based on the current network data, this paper realized the data of the resource management system can be synchronized automatically, in order to ensure the accuracy, integrity and availability of the two kinds of data. This paper used in the process of comparison of the data for data mapping algorithm based on pattern matching to determine the column of the correspondence relation, which can be improve the efficiency. This paper also proposed a number of solution to solve difficult problems about the process of data synchronization.Secondly, this paper analyzes the channel optical transmission network resource usage in present situation, proposes the LPAAA(Low hierarchy channel Payload Adaptive Aggregation Algorithm) to solve the problem of low-level channel resources more crowded and more idle resources of higher-order path. The algorithm is able to detect the use of state of the transmission devices of low-level and high-level port, automatically carry on the transfer of business in the low-level channel configuration to the high-end channel when the high-level resources are idle and the low-level resources are not sufficient. Thereby releasing low-level resources and improve the high-end resource utilization.Third, the thesis achieved the automatic extraction of distribution data by gets the slot occupancy data, the slot occupied data in transmission network, and provides auxiliary support information for the optimization of transport network resources.Finally, this paper designed and implemented telecommunications transmission network resource data synchronization and optimization analysis system, verified the research’s feasibility and practicality.
