With the rapid growth of the number of 3G mobile users and wireless data service, the network load is growing, but the wireless resources are shortage, especially the resources such as CE and channel code are most shortage. Meanwhile, in 3G mobile communication network, part of the base stations are so short of wireless resource that the network quality and user perception declince, but the other part have abundant resource. As a result, how to reasonably allocate the 3G wireless resource, balance the resource distribution and increase the resource utilization is an important problem to be resolved.The target of this paper is to design and implement a system that makes the resource scheduling scheme according to the distribution and usage of the wireless resources in 3G network to help the job of allocating wireless resource, which achieves the rational allocation of wireless resouces and improves the resource utilization. Therefore, I have done the following work:(1) Three wireless resource scheduling strategies have been made to separately allocate three resources of CE, channel code and power which are shortage and improve the resource utilization;(2) An auxiliary system for 3G network wireless resource optimization has been designed and implemented to help the job of allocating wireless resource. The system can show the distribution and usage of the wireless resource, and make the resource scheduling solution.This paper introduces the current status of wireless communication system, and raises the issue for how to reasonablely allocate the wireless resources. Then the paper analyzes the demand, makes the wireless resource scheduling strategy and designs an auxiliary system for 3G network wireless resource optimization which is based on the strategy. This paper builds the system which provides the function of data analysis and resource scheduling. Finally, the comprehensive test and analysis on the system proves the accuracy and robustness of the function of this system and the feasibility of the wireless resource scheduling strategy.The auxiliary system for 3G network wireless resource optimization which this paper designs and completes uses the Java Script language in the whole development, has the feature of simple operation and expansibility. This system can provide real-time network monitoring for multiple users at the same time and make the scheduling scheme for 3G wireless resources, thus provide a effective tool support for the rational allocation of wireless resources for the users.
