Sales management system is highly developed with the rapid development of internet in recent years, and it is a new management model emerging from the traditional sales process. Sales management system can not only make the work flow visualization, can query easily, but also makes it easy for manager to control and monitor the salesmen’s work. This thesis is to design and develop a sales management system, and the main function of this system includes customer relationship management, order management, data diagram management and so on. Meaning while, this system will be converged on other system, including the financial system, learning system, customer management system, so as to achieve the purpose that integrating all the business process. In this paper, the significance of this work is to provide a flexible mechanism for users to manage their work simply, quickly and conveniently. Besides more function modules should be added easily with the constantly increasing need. By grouping different conditions an query options, it can combine a variety of report with rich content; this system provide the salesmen with a good platform to manage the customers’ profiles accurately; there is no need for salesman to face a lot of clueless data, because the system replace it with a more direct viewing and real-time reports. All the reports are intuitive and output by excel which format is flexible and convenient. What’s more, guidance is provided to the sales managers with different graph so that they can give a correct and timely decision.Five modules is contained in this system, including customers management model, order management model, report management module, audit management model and contract management module. According to the task I have finished, this paper will mainly describe the detailed designing and implementation of the previous three modules. We make a meticulous research on traditional sales process, and discuss with professor of management, sales manager and salesmen to make a deep insight into the sales process. Besides, to make an excellent system, we also learn advantages from the popular sales system in the market. This project uses B/S model, uses PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as background developing language, combined with Ajax, j Query and other web product web production technology, developed on zend studio with CI frame. MySql is chosen to store data and wrestle with redis and memcache as Cache Server.From the perspective of being practical and scientific, a comprehensive state is given to develop the system from design to realization in detail. To verify the performance of the system, the test scheme of the system is given. Now the system has been put into use, and it plays an important role in the excavation and protection of customers, increasing income, reducing operating costs, improving customer satisfaction and work efficiency. The sales management system has been an indispensable tool for company.
