Design And Implementation Of Customer Relationship Management System For Baoshang Bank

Customer is a key factor for the survival and development of the Enterprise in thecommercial competition, so the relationship between the Enterprise and customer is avery important matter in the competitive strategy of the Enterprise, while BaoshangBank is not a exception. It is of great concern for the bank to win acknowledge toprovide the customer dominator and comprehensive service. For the past few years,Baoshang Bank has paid much attention to the Customer Relationship Management,and decided to implementation a Customer Relationship Management System, which iscomprehensive, scientific and accords with the modern management concepts.Based on the detailedly investigation of the organization structure and professionalwork of Baoshang Bank, this paper roundly analyzed the demand of the CustomerRelationship Management System, and finished the design of the System’s framestructure, logical function and data base model. Upon comparative analysis, theCustomer Relationship Management System employed the threetier architecture, thecombination of "J2EE+MVC+Hibernate", and divided the system into three parts, thepresentation layer, the application logic layer and the DAL. The first layer is realized byJSP and Servlet, the second by EJB and the third by Hibernate and Entity Bean.The Customer Relationship Management System for Baoshang Bank hasfavourable expansibility. Its operation improved the operational efficiency of BaoshangBank, enhance the Baoshang Bank’s ability to explore customer value. This systemensures the improvement of Baoshang Bank’s customer service levels, and help toimprove the market competition ability of the bank.
