Golf’s rapid development in our country, leading to the rise and rapid develop-ment of golf industry in China, especially provides a huge development space to thegolf course book service industry. The traditional golf course book managementthought, the management mode and management means are already difficult to adaptto the needs of the rapid development of golf industries. In order to improve themarket competition of enterprises, golf industry needs to build a whole set of perfectcustomer relationship management system (CRM system), integrates customerinformation, realize sharing and integration of customer information, salesinformation resources in the enterprise interior to adapt to the needs of thedevelopment of the enterprise.The article studied separately from the golf course book service business modeland the design of system platform construction scheme, design the golf reservationservice CRM system, and implement the platform. The article’s main content includeas follows:(1)Analyzes the golf course book some key business service industry, accordingto golf industry the management mode and the specific business process characteristic,designed the golf reservation service business structures and business function flowmodel.To reserve management business process, customer management businessprocess, supplier management business process, sales management business processand service management processes of the thorough analysis, design the golfreservation service CRM system the architecture, and completed the system functionapplication design.(2)Design based on the J2EE multilayer architecture under the framework of Webdevelopment golf reservation service system solutions, used to implement customerinformation, supplier to the general management of information and informationsharing, enhances the enterprise the management and operation efficiency. And useobject-oriented analysis and design method realize system design.(3)Establish the customer value evaluation system of golf course book service,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process of the evaluation system ofcustomer value each index weight calculation, according to the analytical hierarchyprocess (ahp) calculated the potential value of the clients and the current value of thecalculation results customers are divided into four types: double high potential value, high customer, high Potential value analyzed customers, clients, double low currentvalue.In view of the different customers with different types of marketing and servicemanagement mode and find out the enterprise with high value customer,to save theenterprise marketing and service cost, enhance the enterprise the core competition.This research combines power generation enterprise material managementinformationization realities, fully consider the current power generation enterprisecentralized control mode of management, design an integrated internal materialmanagement and foreign electronic business procurement system in power generationgroup enterprise, has been successfully applied in material management. Its designideas and models for other industry informatization also has application value.
