Determining the architecture by using the three-tier approach based on client-server mode, which is useful to reusability and scalability, and useful to system development, maintenance, deployment and expansion. They select the Visual Studio2008as development environment, using the ASP.NET2.0development technologies, UML Unified Modeling Language, and make the overall design based on system needs. In this way, we can achieve the following management objectives:such as the rental information management, user management, employees information management, payment information management, business statistics management, division of user rights, password changes and other functions, and then use the C#language to write business code, use the SQL Server2005to develop system database to achieve the housing agency information management system. SQL data access technology provides a powerful object-oriented query language to operate the database, which provides the system with performance and portability, the mature of NET platform and the development of a variety of open source program, they all provide a more wider space to the application program, and make the system running more secure, reliable and stable.Practice has proved that this system works well, not only greatly increases work efficiency of the housing agency, but also provides an efficient and convenient information search platform for the hirers and purchase users. It plays a good role in the information construction of housing information management. |
