Guided by the general principle of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, this thesis designs and implements a Sales Agency Management (SAM) system for a real enterprise management information system, after analyzing the tent system, service management system and resource management system which construct a real CRM system of a Provincial Branch of China Unicom.This thesis depicts the position of SAM system in that whole real CRM system mentioned in the above paragraph, thereby defines the architecture of SAM and integrating approach to the host CRM system. The requirement analysis of SAM business modules, along with the interface between SAM system business workflow and the realized functionalities modules, are expressed in this thesis. The design and implementation of the data conceptual model are also described for SAM's interacting with other modules. Some other important implementation issues of SAM system are presented in detail, such as software architecture, coding techniques, running configurations, and some application suggestions. SAM system is featuring a budget and final accounts model for commission management.SAM system has been deployed and operated for about 3 years, with some little modifications and improvements. It helps to build a good trust chain between the enterprise and the sales agencies. It contributes valuable profit to the enterprise.
