Intravenous infusion is a commonly used clinical treatment method, through to theIV fluids to the purpose of treating disease, is the main treatment technology. Thepatient transfusion process, need according to the infusion of the drug and the patient’scondition to choose suitable infusion speed. Currently, the vast majority of hospitals onthe infusion process monitoring and management to rely on artificial completed, needthe nurse frequently and view the infusion schedule, or the patient needs a large numberof attendants accompanying, such easy to cause the cross infection, patients could notget good rest, affecting quality of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with. Thispaper presents the development of a microcontroller based on wireless communicationtechnology and hospital transfusion monitoring system, designed to achieve thefollowing functions: can timely prompt replacement fluids; in nurse workstation canreal-time monitor the wards of the transfusion process, when the beds infusion isabnormal, can be a nurse and timely treatment; at the same time, in hospitalized patientsduring the infusion treatment information easily be saved, when disputes happen can beas accurate, favorable evidence.According to the characteristics of hospital, the hospital transfusion monitoringsystem uses two levels of distribution structure, namely the master station and slavestation part two. The master station mounted in a nursing room, the main function is tomonitor the working state from the station and the corresponding number of simplecontrol functions, when from the station there are special circumstances when the alarm,the master station and alarm, to remind nursing staff to carry out correspondingprocessing. The station is installed in each infusion, to complete the infusion point set,infrared detection, control and alarm functions. The whole system consists of host computer, slave computer and communications system. The host computer by acomputer keyboard input and display functions, the next-bit machine by theSTC12C5206AD MCU infusion speed detection and monitoring functions, betweenupper computer and lower computer with nRF24L01wireless data communication. Thewhole transfusion monitoring system by a nurse or doctor in the PC (main station) forunified management and coordination, according to the different PC machine address,will continue to patrol the command transmitted by the wireless communication moduleto the lower position machine, machine to obtain the command will detect side detectsthe various transfusion information sent back to the host computer, which can make thenurse or doctor in the host computer can be to the hospital all infusion unit to conductreal-time monitoring, alleviate mild relief work, nurses or doctors working pressure.
