Along with the development of science and technology, computer scienceincreasingly mature, as an application of the computer, using computer to managepersonnel material, can give users bring many convenient, such as retrieves, the searchrapidly convenient, the reliability high, the reserves big, the secrecy good, the life islong, the cost low status. These merits can enormously enhance the personnelmanagement efficiency, at the same time; it also is enterprise’s scientific andstandardization management and world advanced management technology standards inthe important condition. Accordingly, the personnel management of manual operation istransformed into processed by computer is very necessary. According to existingpersonnel information management, based on the analysis of using computerinformation management technology, follow the enterprise MIS system design, theprinciple of development, on the basis of the existing hardware and softwareenvironment, reasonable utilization of resources, develop a set of suitable personnelmanagement system, so as to improve the working efficiency, promote personnelmanagement of scientific, standardized and efficient, and for the enterprise humanresources development provide decision support.This dissertation content grasp personnel information management work of thecurrent situation and future development trends fully embodies the modern personalinformation management of new ideas. The main contents include: the first partelaborates the concept of management information system in the actual situation, thebackground and the application and introduced the topic to choose a background andsignificance, the research present situation and the existing problems; at last, thedissertation introduces the subject research content. The second part of the system of themain technical foundation were expounded, and the third part of the systemrequirements analysis and operation environment, from the necessity and feasibilityanalysis to identify the system, the feasibility of the system, the purpose of the explicitfunction and requirement. The fourth part of system mainly functional modules design.The fifth part system implementation, this system function module of concrete realization is compared, and gives the detailed account of the main modules operationrendering.
