In recent years, along with the increase of college’s population, the needs ofcollege for all kinds of information management system have been improvingand changing, it required the educational administration management system toadapts to new changes, providing management information for students andteachers timely and effective. Because of classroom, teacher and equipment arescarce resources, now manually arranging course has large tasks, low efficiencyand high error rate, bring a great deal of inconvenience to the staff of the senate.So how to integrate the limited resources automatically is a persistent problem.On the base of previous arranging software, the research put forward a newdesign method different form olds combining relevant theories and solved oldspecific problems. Which also provides a reference for the design of futurearranging course system. The system is devided into six modules: initial setup,basic setup, user management, data management, special arrangement andarranging course management. The system uses the Visual Basic language andSQL Server2000database being used in back-end database.As a resource management system, the system can make use of collegeresources and provides an efficient resource platform for students and teachersas well as managers. It saves times for teachers and students, and also reducesthe complexity of managers, imporves the work efficiency for all layers. Itdisplay the universities information advantage fully. It is a typical application ofelectronic information technology to transform traditional industries.
