Under the background of the construction and development of modern large-scale hydraulic engineering and underground engineering,grouting technology is applied in more and more modern engineering construction.However,the theoretical development of grouting technology is lacking,and its theoretical knowledge is difficult to guide the practical application.The basis of theoretical development needs to be supported by perfect engineering data.Therefore,whether accurate actual engineering data can be obtained and transmitted affects the development of grouting technology.Currently,NB-IoT technology can meet the requirements of wide coverage,low power consumption and low speed of some industrial equipment in smart city and medical and health fields,but it lacks rich practical application cases in water conservancy and hydropower projects.Based on sensor technology,aiming at the problems that need to be overcome in the data acquisition and transmission in the cement grouting process,this paper designs a complete cement grouting monitoring system,which can obtain the data changes in the cement grouting process,and uses NB-IoT technology as the information transmission scheme of the cement grouting data acquisition system to ensure the safety of data transmission.In addition,data can be monitored in real time through the upper computer and mobile terminal,and data can be stored in the cloud,which is convenient to retrieve management data in the future.This paper mainly completes the following contents:(1)Design cement grouting data acquisition and monitoring system using NB-IoT technology,test the performance of each part of the system after completion of the design,and verify the feasibility of the system.(2)Design terminal acquisition device for cement grouting process data,which mainly uses STM32 chip as the core to build power voltage regulator circuit,isolation module circuit,voltage acquisition circuit,etc.The device can collect multichannel signal data and realize remote wireless communication by applying NB-IoT technology.(3)In terms of software,initialization procedures and interrupt functions are designed to make the hardware terminal nodes work more stably,and data is sent to the server using LWM2 M protocol.In order to facilitate real-time data monitoring,the upper computer client interface is designed to monitor the data changes of each terminal node,and a small wechat program is designed to view the received data remotely and configure alarm function.(4)Improve the security of data in the transmission process by using TEA algorithm.ADC signal filtering algorithm is designed and optimized to eliminate signal interference in data acquisition.A strategy to automatically adjust the data transmission mode and frequency of the sensor is designed to reduce the power consumption.Design data processing scheme after data collection,screen out abnormal data and delete it.After testing,the cement grouting data acquisition system works well as a whole,and all parts of data acquisition,transmission,monitoring and processing are accurate.The optimization effect of power consumption,data security and signal anti-interference is remarkable.It provides a way of thinking for the monitoring design of cement grouting data and has a certain reference value in practical application.
