With the rapid development of modern technology and economy, and theaccelerated pace of life and the increasing of work pressures of people, there is a sharprise in sub-health state of people living. More people begin to show solicitude for theirown health. The concept of people has undergone major changes. However, thedevelopment time of the health system is not long, which leads to the imperfections ofthe health management and the risk appraisal techniques. Along with the extensive useof intelligent technology of Medical information, especially in recent years, foreignresearchers begin to introduce special medical disease risk prediction, and provides areference for health risk appraisal.depend on the above background and problems, westudy and and build the smart healthy management system in B/S mode.Based on the SSH framework, combining of datamining and risk appraisalmethods, we use Java programming language and database technologies to probe thehealth management system, providing a health servise for people.In this thesis we expound the foundation of the topic and research status.Wediscuss the MVC design pattern, Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework, systemtechnology, demand analysis and overall plan of the system. Subsequent in this thesiswe elaborate the system process of structure of three layers, and the final run of thesystem. Finally we Summarize the characteristics, innovation and some defects in thissystem.We have achieved the basic function of the healthy management system andreached the desired objectives. It confirms that the design of this program is feasible.
