Research And Implementation Of Vehicle Video Management System Based On Webgis And3G

With the continuous economic development, rapid growth in the number of motor vehicles in China, the transportation efficiency and safety accidents situation further intensified. Under this background, the management system of intelligent visual vehicle video supervision system slowly began to replace the traditional management system.Today, vehicle video supervision system has been introduced. It can be asserted that it is a huge market potential and an unprecedentedly economic benefit research.Based on the analysis of the international and domestic vehicle monitoring and management application,combined with the actual situation and based on NET FrameWork, database technology, forwarding service and video compression technology, GPS positioning technology and network geographic information,this paper designed Vehicle video surveillance management system which based on3G network and (WebGIS) technology, and realized the video surveillance, tracking and scheduling vehicle alarm statistics management.Firstly the paper researched and analysed the vehicle monitoring system status and application prospect, then on the basis of the overall structure and function modules of system conducted research and design in-depth, the paper drew a set of client-server (CVS) in the solution of the system as the foundation, completed the development of various functional modules and client server module, and realized video monitoring, archives information statistics, vehicle scheduling management and cost accounting etc.. In addition, this paper also gave a simple analysis on the hardware of embedded program and video decompression control system, overspeed alarm and other issues were discussed.The system has been put into practical application. The operating results in a long time show that:the system is stable, functional integrity, reliable work, strong expansibility.the management of vehicle and transportation cost, flight attendants has been come ture, and the management level of vehicle and vehicle operation efficiency effectively has been improved.
