Design and implement a e-government system, mainly includingthe following tasks:1. Make detailed market research and analysis of Tiexi District Daqingneighborhood offices and make requirements analysis from the point of view of theapplication of e-government system, including functionality, performance and otherrequirements analysis. Make system overall design. Build Oracle database managementplatform, completing system database design.2. Set up an Eclipse development platform; achieve the core functions of system,including the day-to-day office management, personnel attendance management, thecollaborative office management and administrative approval management corefunctional modules development process design and code development.3. Set up a test environment for detailed testing and analysis. Design test cases,making system function and performance test.The e-government system designed in this thesis uses Java Swing technology todesign client UI and JDBC technology to connect and do related operating system basedon C/S mode, completing the system core functions, and pass the system testing.
