| The TDD mobile communication system is designed to ensure that we can getgreater flexibility to configurate the channel resources and the high frequency spectrumutilization. The own advantage of the TDD mobile communication system, the positiveimpact of the FDD and the scale of the3G industry determine that the TDD technologywill occupy an important position in the technical proposal for IMT-Advanced. Inrecent years, a varity of major research institutions, standards organizations andequipment manufacturers did a large number of research and experiment on the TDDmode mobile communication system which gradually steped in the commercial stage.The standard of TD-SCDMA adopted by China is based on the TDD mode mobilecommunication standard.The main content of this thesis is how to design and implement a high-speed TDDbaseband data processing system on FPGA. Data transfer rate of the system is expectedto120Mbps.The system is consisted of FPGA, DSP and DAC/ADC. FPGA isresponsible for baseband data processing, DSP is responsible for circuit control,DAC/ADC is responsible for the digital-analog conversion and the analog-digitalconversion of the baseband signal. In this thesis, it is focused on the basebandcommunication system’s architecture design, including the system framework, thesynchronous communication protocol, the method of baseband data processing. Thesystem implementation process is described in detail. First, it introduced the interfaceand data exchange between FPGA and DSP, as well as FPGA and DAC/ADC. Then, itintroduced the FPGA implementation of different baseband data processing modulesand the synchronous communication protocol. Finally the entire basebandcommunication system had been tested and the test results had been analysed. |
