Information Platform For Automated Office Of The Department Of Education Design And Implementation

In recent years, the digital technology has developed greatly with the Information age comes. This brings the trend of"Office Automation"appears in the party and government organs. With the impelling of digital building and collage constructing, a growing number of data needs to be managed. Therefore, a uniform information-based project is needed.The"Office Automation"relying on traditional official work method, developing based on digital network technology; digitizes all the activities concerning about environment, resources, management, in order to realize the following functions: online-approval, online-office, online-management, online-service, etc. In this paper, several popular techniques of designing the information enquiring system are analyzed. On the basis of this analysis and the new requirement of the Education Department of Liaoning Province, the design scheme of the information platform based on the multi-tier application software architecture on Web has been proposed. Then the techniques used by the system such as the Object-Oriented technology and .NET Framework are introduced. After providing the design scheme of the system, the author carried on the detailed argumentation on systematical realization. First of all, the whole scheme on designing the information enquiring platform of the Education Department is introduced. The whole scheme mainly includes the schemes on designing the function enquiring of the undergraduate and the daily information enquiring of the college as the examples to expounder the realization of the concrete function modules. Then the author present the design and the realization of the two main kinds of classes in the procedure responsible for the massive pages operation and the data manipulation. The author makes an illustration about the systematical test at the end of this paper.The information platform not only meets the need of digital office work from Education Department staff, but also establishes a effective interface to the internal information system of the Education Department, which brings great convenience for on time information update and the unification of the management.
