On the basis of the user’s business requirements, business requirements is analyzed and data compilation, come to the school office automation systems business and the technical description of the data, and then proceed to a detailed system design, including system architecture design, functional design, and database design. Project developed with the JAVA language offers a cross-platform, cross-application system of open building framework, using relational databases for data storage, system interfaces using Web service technology page, ensure that the advanced system architecture, robustness, integration and scalability, and finally the unit testing and functional testing of the entire system.The system fully meets with need of the College departments of business management to improve the school of information management. It promotes the reform in the office management system in college, reform has far-reaching significance.
