NFC(Near Field Communication), is a standardized short-range high frequencywireless communication technology. Its operating frequency is13.56MHz, allowingtwo electronic devices connect to each other within the10cm distance, compared toother RFID technology, NFC has a characteristic, that its read and write distance isshort, but this disadvantage becomes a natural security advantages in the field of mobilepayment.With the fiery application of NFC technology in the field of mobile payment, thecombination of NFC and mobile phone will greatly improve the importance of mobilephones as a tool of life, but the current development of NFC mobile phone areconcentrated in the mainstream smartphone platform, thus its necessary to developingan NFC enabled phone based on a non-mainstream platform, which is helpful todevelop a niche marker and contribute to the popularization of NFC technology, at thesame time to avoid homogenization technology.Based on this point, This paper design a hardware system of mobilecommunication terminal with NFC function which is based on VIA CBP7.1, it’s torealize all NFC operating modes, including the reader mode,the card model and P2Pmodel.Firstly, this paper introduces in detail with the research background and the currentsituation of the mobile communication terminal with NFC function, analyzed theadvantages, the problems and the development trend of NFC in the field of mobilepayment. Describes the significance of this design.Secondly, analyzed the whole framework of hardware of mobile communicationterminal with NFC function, elaborated the design of this system, then select theterminal platform and chip selection according to the actual need.Thirdly, respectively describes the circuit design of different function modules,including baseband circuit module, RF transceiver module, NFC read-write module andan NFC antenna design.Then introduced the PCB design and layout, the hardware circuit welding and realize, then test its performance.Finally, summarized and prospected the content of this thesis.
