With the rapid development of information technology、 communicationtechnology and transportation, the criminals can use more society resources, and thecrime become varied with technology. This situation reflects the development trend ofcrime be in line with the modern technology. At the same time, the passive publicsecurity information and improper use of information resources increased the difficultyof the management of social security.The Police Information Integrated Application Platform is not only the applicationfoundation and core of national public security information system, but also theprecondition and key for achieving nationwide public security information sharing andexchange. The system integrates various workflow subsystems together through levelsof data layer, workflow layer and application layer; which would achieve commutativedependence and sharing of related work flow processes and data, thoroughly solving theinformation island problem.Base on the preset SOA police information integration framework, this thesis willanalyze the utilize pattern of police information system, then investigate therequirements of information integration and system development technology, in order todefine objectives need to be fulfilled for realizing data collection and informationservice. The general idea is to use loose coupling and tight coupling pattern to designdata integration subsystem, and form a comprehensive application platform of policework integration.
