Design And Realization Of A Public Security Integrated Services Information System Based On J2EE

With the development of computer technology, network technology and theapplication of software are more and more extensive. Especially with thedevelopment of public security, the request to standardize management procedure,raise office efficiency, strengthen decision support is higher. So, it has extremelyrealistic significance to design and realize a public security integrated servicesinformation system.Now a lot of application systems are building on the Web foundation. Thedevelopment of web application system, especially the enterprise web applicationsystem, has become an important field of software developments. In the last fewyears, J2EE appears as the standard platform which is a kind of technology to buildenterprise applications, and it matures, develops progressively.The maturity of J2EEplatform, offer the wider space for web application development.But the use of J2EE,especially EJB technology, in developing middle-to-small-sized web applicationsintroduces usually a lot of problems to project team due to its relatively complicatedinfrastructure. For example, it requires much more skilled developers than theapplication domain does, it makes the whole project task difficult to be divided intosmaller ones. And thus it increases the project cost, makes the project quality andprogress difficult to control. So some developers bring forward a new developmentmode of web application system that is based on the web application framework, anddeveloped some characteristic web application frameworks.This paper makes use ofthe existing web frameworks to integrate the three frameworks-Struts, Spring andHibernate. According to the present situation of public security management and thecharacteristic of information system, put forward to a solution in public securityintegrated services information system base on J2EE.Applying the software development principles, this paper presents the stages ofsystem requirement analysis, overall system design and implementation. Firstly, itanalyses the advantages brought by the combination of J2EE, framework and public security integrated services information system, and put forward the system schemebase on J2EE. Secondly, it particular introduces document management subsystem'sdevelopment and application, and introduces the kernel module's development. Lastly,it summarizes the system's deficiency. Since the first half of 2007, the system hasbeen applied in some public security departments. It demonstrates its adaptability tobusiness changes, flexibility in system operations, and reliability in managementfunctions.
