J2EE-based Enterprise Information Management System

With the continuous progress of computer network technology, the network hasbecome an inseparable entity in the economic management. At present, the computernetwork has become an important means in transforming enterprises technology,improving enterprise management level, and driving economic development ofenterprise.The information management system which developed in computer networkpopularization plays an increasingly important role in the access to information.In this thesis, after studying on the basis of the theory and technology of a largenumber of domestic and foreign enterprise information management system, aninformation management system is designed and implemented according to the actualsituation of the Ocean Trading Company.By this system, the Ocean Trading Companycan manage with scientific, accurate, real-time information system.This thesis first studied the various technology which is needed in buildingenterprise information management system, and then concluded the needs of thecompany by analyzing the current state of the Ocean Trading Company, divided themodules and functions based on the needs of the entire information management systemand completed the overall design. According to the general design of this system,detailed design and database design is discussed, and then this thesis realized the systemwith the J2EE as the system’s development platform.Finally this thesis summarizes themain features and the inadequacies of the system.This system has been deployed in the Ocean Trading Company.The stable runningof this system increased the efficiency of the information management system, eased thework pressure of employees, and was praised by system user, all of these make itpossible to expand the use of this system in more areas.
