With the rapid development of computer network technology, using informationtechnology to the statistical work have draw more attention. Reporting data, checking,the summary is an important part of building a system data statistics. Over the years,scientific planning and decision-making at all levels of the construction sector, hasprovided an important basis for the rapid development of urbanization. NationalConstruction Information Statistics management basically by county constructionadministrative department in charge of collecting raw data, fill in the various statementsissued by the superior, and then reported to the municipal administrative department ofconstruction. J2EE Enterprise Developmentand the Oracle database platform is based on statistical management information system research. It is completely system requirements analysis and database design, use thebrowser/server (B/S) structure to achieve a comprehensive statistical informationmanagement system. This system to solve a common report deal with the problem in thestatistical system, to automatically report statistical calculations to support the user to acustom report format can be flexible to deal with practical work in a variety of reports toachieve efficient information management of statistical data, improve the economic andsocial benefits have a positive role in promoting. The system also has two maincharacteristics:1, at the same level user data, It is not visible to each other to ensureprivacy;2, upper management can be unified summary subordinate submit data, anddata sharing.
