Demolition management plays a very important role in the daily work ofdemolition companies and demolition management runs through all aspects of thedemolition process. In the demolition process, the data presented are of greatsignificance as well. In general, the demolition management level have a direct impacton the progress of demolition and the degree of resident satisfaction. Therefore, howto improve the level of demolition management is a major task for the demolitionmanagers. Nowadays, more and more industries begin to combine their managementwith computer technology in an effort to save time and improve work efficiency.The development is aimed at advancing information construction of demolitioncompanies in High-tech District of Changchun, improving the daily office efficiencyof the demolition staff, and standardizing the demolition methods such as housingregister, compensation budget, signing of agreements and housing acceptance.Besides, the development of this system may help improve the work efficiency of thestaff, release the working pressure of the staff, in brief, it is to help save manpower,financial and material resources. The study mainly involves the following researchwork:Proceed from reality, the flow that meets the requirements of the demolitioncompanies is proposed considering the problems which lie in the daily work of thedemolition companies in High-tech District of Changchun; in addition, the demolitionmanagement system is developed based on feasibility analysis, needs finishing, andanalysis and outline design and detailed design. In accordance with the modernmanagement thinking, the resources in the demolition process is integrated and thepopular developing tool DELPHI7.0and SQL Server2000as database is employed todevelop the system. Moreover, the three-tier architecture is used in order to ensure thesecurity of data. As for system functions, the computer management of the demolition sectorbusiness and the daily office operations is realized, for instance, business data input,query, statistics, modification, the function of output printing of statements. Besides,the leadership querying data and reporting of data are transmitted through the network.The previous work done manually is implemented by a computer, which has greatlyimproved work efficiency as well as the accuracy of work.The preparation of test documentation and test cases is achieved after therealization of various functional modules, and a detailed static testing and dynamictesting are carried out as well. On the basis of a large number of test results, thesystem is modified for many times before forming the test logs and reports. Within theprescribed period, the system is put into practice with good application effect, whichis very significant for the development of information technology in the demolitionindustry.
