Compared to general equipment cabinet, the safety and reliability of electronic equipment cabinets are relatively high. Electronic equipment cabinet is designed to provide a better resistance to outside influence for its internal electronic components and assemblies. Electronic equipment cabinets often suffer from vibration caused by variety factors such as transport, explosion and earthquake. If the working performance of the electronic equipment is influence by vibration, then the bad influence is huge. Based on the standard electronic equipment machinery, the general cabinets are studied as the model with the software PROE and ANSYS workbench. The paper build the electronic equipment cabinet model with the3D CAD software Pro/E, then the model is import to the CAE software ANSYS workbench to analysis. The model analysis, harmonic response analysis and random vibration analysis are studied. Sweep test verified the finite element model established whether correct. Then the finite element numerical results and the actual Results of the test can correspond. By experiments and numerical simulation, you can determine whether it can withstand the impact from environmental vibration to work well as normal, then the weakness of the structure can be clearly observed. We can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the anti-vibration chassis design optimization by numerical simulation and physical testing.
