Communication electronic enclosure loads vehicle communication equipment inthe Emergency communication vehicle, the mechanical properties of which will affectsignal transmission and telecommunication equipment reliability of work. So thedynamic analysis of the electronic equipment cabinet and the research of the vibrationcontrol are to meet the need at present.Based on the modal analysis theory and the random vibration(psd) theory, Thispaper create the finite element modeling of a single combination communication cabinetand of two combination communication cabinets, make a dynamic performance analysisand simulation. natural frequencies are obtained by model analysis of a singlecombination cabinet and two combination cabinets, which are in the range of excitationload. Hence, the dynamic analysis and simulation to the two types of communicationcabinet is to be carried out, then, the paper use the finite element software for randomvibration analysis (psd) of two types of electronic cabinet, and do the comparison andstudy of their results. Found that the complexity of the electronic cabinet has animportant impact on natural frequency of the enclosure, therefore, a reasonabledistribution of structural loads and structural composition effectively change thestructure of the natural frequency, and avoid resonance occur between electronicdevices, between the cabinets, between the combination cabinets.When the combination cabinets are made up by the single combination cabinet, theoptimization of the cabinet structures is to be considered. So, with the increase of thecombination of the cabinet, mean square value of the acceleration and the stress to thecabinet of electronic equipment will be decreased significantly, and can reduce outsidedynamic effects of electronic equipment.Finally, the design ideas of vibration isolators at the bottom of the cabinet and bythe ball of the cabinet, layout principles, and cabinet damping system design methodswill be discussed and researched.
