People's Court Sentencing Standardization System Analysis And Design

The Sentencing Standardization of Court system is an important part of the standardization of sentencing reform. Through analyzing the rules and processes in the actual sentencing, using the modernized means and scientific management, this system was used to complete the standardized sentencing for the People’s Court judge and the the relative information to provide standardization, accurate and safe Sentencing service. With the rapidly developed information technology today, in order to meet the higher demands of the masses of the people on the content and quality of sentencing justice and improve the working efficiency and level, it is extremely necessary to probe into the system of Sentencing Standardization which adapted to the People’s Court.This thesis has firstly introduced the background of previous study on the Sentencing Standardization. On the basis of integrations of the domestic and international experience in the Sentencing Reform, has carried on in-depth analysis on the overall demand of the system、the organizational structure of the People’s Court、 primary service flow、the function demand of the system and so on, and has designed and explained the system network structure, each main function module of the system as well as the system safety and so on. Then based on modelling principle of the system database, has carried on the analysis and the design on the logical model, the table structure and visit of the system database and so on, and from aspects of dynamic web technology and system technology route, has introduced development technology of the system-using. According to different system functions, divided into several modules such as defendant query, case query, sentencing of court, application of case view, case application management, defendant information management and safe management. Based on the B/S architecture, the final design was completed. This thesis summarizes and looks into the distance on the systematic research and development finally.What we need to prove more is that, as technology advances, the unfolding of the sentencing reform, the Sentencing Standardization of Court system also requires a corresponding development to adapt to the needs of the actual situation.
