Based On Integrated Management Of The Court System In The Web Design And Realization

To accelerate the information construction of the judicatory department, we build the management information system using information technology and management science, and change the traditional working pattern in the court.The system is based on Internet /Intranet, and the fundamental conception is communication, coordination and harmony. By collecting and managing the department information and the administrative resource, the system makes the court's management become higher performance and more flexibility. The system also takes important roles in acquiring, transferring and processing the department messages quickly and correctly, and it raises the working efficiency.This paper introduces the general design scheme of the management information system in a middle court. And the system takes on the 3-tier construction technology based on the Browser/Server mode by analyzing and comparing the exist technology. According to the system requirement, this essay focuses on the total design and realization of the court management information system, including the development technology of database, middle-ware using JavaBeans and web pages.The paper illustrates the key technology such as the implementation of the secure framework in the system, the optimization of the court MIS, and the general components. And it also describes the idea about how to improve the system in the future.
