A simulated teaching practice platform for modern distance education in the law students to build Web-based mock court in a network environment, to improve the original dispersion teaching practice in the teaching of organizational difficulties, lack of good teachers and to facilitate the supervision and management of the situation. Traditional moot court subject to various limitations, especially in premises and staff. Each number of universities to set up mock court is limited, but at this stage in China in the rapid development of higher education, an increasing number of college students, location and the legal aspects of students to grow exponentially. How to solve a good number of students and the contradictions of the existing hardware conditions is also an urgent problem. Therefore, the study of WEB technology in the teaching of legal training, build mock court training teaching system based on WEB, the advancement of legal education, development and application of talent cultivation has important practical significance, and training applied to the achievement and innovation talent plays an important role.The object of the study is to introduce the future trend of mock court by analyzing and summarizing the present research in this area in domestic literature. The advantages and disadvantages in the course of implementing mock court are presented in the paper. According to the existing problems in present mock court and real requirements, the paper puts forward a mock court.This thesis introduces the system demand analysis and system design. System requirements include:business requirements and functional requirements. The user management, system management, on the court, tribunal and teacher supervision business needs are analyzed in detail. The functional requirements of the use case diagram of permissions, roles, prosecution and trial stages are analyzed and a detailed description. Given the system design of the overall structure design, using UML modeling language to the functional design of the module, the user registration, system management, file management, required trial management and teacher supervision module class diagram and sequence diagram is to do the design, and given in tabular form the logical structure design.
