Using virtual reality technology to developed virtual teaching condition, to develop a comprehensive training virtual reality system based on computer desktop which can solve the problem that present teaching condition can't meet teaching requirement and increase students' ability of practice.on the basis to studies the virtual reality teaching condition of primary vocational education the paper analyze the technology of establishment virtual scene modeling.Mulligan creator and Vega were selected to build the virtual condition of practical teaching by taking comparisons,and analyzes the functional requirements of virtual practical teaching conditon,to further clear the design target and system architecture.Lastly, according to requirement of some academy the virtual teaching condition of the integrative training of military communications was designed and realized including comprehensive training scene modeling and capital equipment modeling and simulation testing real-time system,after testing 3D-modeled and real-time simulated function of each module is realized, and achieves the desired function.
