Thence, the task to study the application of web tech in the legal practical teaching and, based on the web, to establish a platform of educational information management system for legal practice has showed a paramount importance in promoting educational development, as well as in cultivating versatile and practical management talents. Besides, it has become a essential component of achieving the goal of training practical, versatile and creative legal talents and, establishing the jurisprudential experimental teaching system of trinity, union of the three:emphasizing practice, considering experiment and facing actuality;It is the important means to pay more attention to the students while satisfying their co-study & searchany demands, helping them to acquire expertises, improving their specific skills, developing their information literacy & innovation abilities.This paper has made a profound analysis on the realization of the design for educational information management system of lgal practice. So, the educational information management system of legal practice, which is applicable to Shandong Institute of Political & Legal Science has been accomplished.Research & development of the system conformed to the developing principle of software engineering, e.g.during, I adopted Net Framework Tech, comprehensively utilized prototyping methods and object-oriented systematical analytical methods to make a meticulous analysis on the requirements for the function, performace and environment of the legal practice, set down the guideline & design principle for the system and give full consideration to system extension as well.The part of the preliminary design of the system introduced the overall plan for the system, structure of software system, database design, network structure, bea weblogic portal; The part of the detailed design described the adopted procedure & method of the detailed design for the practical module of legal action.This paper has outlined the current situation of the information tech applied in legalfield. Upon the construction of network educational platform through web research, it has treated of design idea and some leading application tech about the legal practical educational platform of mode B/S based on the web tech and, has given the theorical & practical significance of the research. Furthermore, it has made some exploration for applying information processing tech to the legal practical education, in the meantime, it has carried out a promising attempt to initiatively use network educational patform to assist legal practical education.
