| With the expanding scale of modern industry, in various industrial fields, it isnecessary to collect the onsite data of some scattered and unattended objects ofsupervision on a regular basis so as to acquire the real time condition and executecontrol command according to situation. While the traditional way used by industryremote monitoring, have encountered problems of small coverage, low real-time andpoor stability. The article designs one industry remote monitoring system based on the3G network with regard to the problems of dispersed industry equipment, the harshmanufacturing environment as well as the untimely discover of various issues. Thenew system combines3G remote data transmission with monitoring technology onthe premise that it hardly needs to consider the actual distance limitations. It willsuccessfully deliver the monitoring data of the users to the monitoring center so as torealize the unified management of the industry equipment and real-time monitoring ofthe industry environment. The system uses3G network as the data transmission network. To begin with, thearticle introduces in detail the structural features and working principles of3Gnetwork and analyzes the internet transmission protocols carefully, constructing the3G based wireless remote monitoring system constituted by monitoring center, transmission network and monitoring terminal. Then it will design the hardware andsoftware of the system explicitly. For hardware part, it focuses on the design of SCMAT89C52and its peripheral circuits, as well as the introduction of3G moduleEM770W. For software part, it is divided into the design of monitoring terminalsoftware and monitoring center software. The monitoring terminal software designrealizes the information collecting of objects and the TCP connection to monitoringcenter through SCM and through the information interaction between the collectingand3G modules. The monitoring center software design adopts Windows Socket fordata reception. Experiments have shown that the system is of good practicality and thefunctions of various parts have reached the requirements as expected. |
