With the rapid development of transportation and motor vehicles, people havehigh demands on the traffic capacity of highway toll station. How to improve thetraffic capacity and solve the congestion problems are social hot issues. ElectronicToll Collection System (ETC) is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. In the thesis, composition, function, working principles and performance indicatorof ETC systems are introduced. Then analyzes the electronic toll lane, and designstraffic lanes for passenger vehicles and freight vehicles.Various of transport detection technologies are introduced, and compared theirapplicable environmental, advantages and disadvantages.RFID data will collide while collection. To tag collision problem, the solution ismainly based on ALOHA algorithm, binary algorithm and their improved algorithms. To reader collision problems, first briefly introduces some anti-collision algorithmsbased on scheduling and based on the effective range. Then a optimization algorithmof neural network based on Probabilistic Power Control is proposed. On the basis ofthe simple probability power control algorithm, algorithm adds sensor to determinatethe power of each reader. The thesis analyzes the algorithm in detail and simulateswith Matlab. To dynamic weighing data processing of freight vehicles, firstly, the thesis brieflydescribes several common algorithms, including the principles and implementationsteps of algorithms, and analyzes their strengths and weaknesses. Then Kalmanmulti-sensor data fusion algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed. Thealgorithm uses the Kalman filter to filter the original signal on a single scale. Then doscale correction to the initial sequence, and wavelet multi-scale transform. The thesisgives the algorithm’s working principle, processes and simulation results. Finally, preprocess and fusion RFID data. Using wavelet multi-scale transform topreprocess RFID data, and neural network to merge multi-sensor data. Then designs aelectronic toll collection information publishing system. The system consolidatesstudy results of the previous sections, and in two parts, from passenger vehicles andfreight vehicles, to simulate the system.
