With the rapid development of our national economy, people's income is increasing and continuousimprovement of living. The number of the private cars in China is growing, Although our countrygovernment in all kinds of traffic construction investment increases year by year, it still unable to meet therequirements of a significant increase in private cars on the road, the first problem is the traffic congestion. This brings great inconvenience to our life, work and travel. The overcrowding problem is very obvious athighway toll station, but also in the process of waiting for the parking to queue and paying fee. Exhaust gasalso affects the environment, and wasted gasoline will bring some economic burden to the user. To solvethe problem of heavy toll station is the fundamental measure to improve the efficiency of user fees, Takinginto consideration the main charge to artificially mainly of highway toll system deficiency, so this paperpresents a method based on radio frequency identification of the electronic toll collection system(ETC),and the key technology is analyzed and studied.First, analyzes the shortcomings of the current highway toll mode, and then raised the toll collectionsystem based on radio frequency identification technology, it than the other charging methods haveadvantages. And then analyzed the system's structure, function, application, and putted forward the keytechnologies in this system, such as anti-collision algorithm in radio frequency identification system andvehicle identification method. Then, the principle of radio frequency identification technology is studied, and the principle and structure of a typical RFID system is analyzed, and then a specific radio frequencyidentification system is proposed, and analyzed the characteristics of the structure. The second, several anti-collision algorithm based on binary in radio frequency system are introduced, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, this paper puts forward a improved algorithm based on binary. Then, in the practical application of electronic toll collection system, a vehicle identificationtechnology based on fuzzy methods in order to avoid the owners of unauthorized replacement of electronictags, by replacing the electronic tags in the false information to achieve less cost behavior. Finally, summarizes the main work of this paper, and the prospects for the future are analyzed and discussed. This paper studies the electronic toll collection system based on radio frequency identificationtechnology. It has certain significance to the exploration of the Intelligent Transportation and thedevelopment of China's highway system.
