The Imbalance In Current Pseudo-Environment Research

With the appearance of the concept Pseudo-environment, we realize several hidden functions of mass media which not always been noticed but rising up numerous kinds of social problems mainly on the media field. Those issue include of excessive entertainment; media panic; media trial; internet rumors, etc. Even though the negative effects caused by those mentioned above haven’t reach a serious situation in short term, in order to forbid a large scale destruction comes from the negative effects of the Pseudo-environment and to create a harmonious society, it’s indeed necessary for us to concern those issues in a long period in the future.This paper analysis the infections and reason in imbalance of Pseudo-environment, according to knowledge on different field such as journalism, communication studies, sociology, and psychology. First of all, analyzing the case about imbalance on Pseudo-environment., and then, summarizing the reason of it, pointing out the problem like media pursuing interests excessively; the disseminator of cognitive biases; the short of relevant laws and regulations and the moral crisis of the journalist. We put our suggestion about how to balance it at the end of paper, for instance, improving the profession skills on media; to make sure the media self-discipline; achieving appropriate government supervision; perfecting the laws and rules on the news and the supervision comes from audience.We hope the problems caused by the imbalance of Pseudo-environment could be solved by our opinion and to contribute the harmonious communication society’s advance.
