Design And Implementation Of Online Approval System

In recent years, the information technology developed rapidly all over the world. It is a huge opportunity and challenge for the government department that how to use the information technology into traditional administrative management. At present, the developments of network and computer technology make a good foundation for online approval. With the reform of the administrative approval continuous deepening, the administrative approval business become further standardize, and it is possible to build "one-stop" online approval system.Under the premise of the full analysis of the problem and the current development status in current administrative approval, this paper did the in-depth study about the structure and model of the online approval, researched and designed the online approval. The main context is:1) The paper research the background,demand,related work and developed status of the online approval system, besides,presents the theoretical analysis, demand analysis, function analysis and business workflow analysis of online approval system according to the demand of different users,.2) Design online approval system architecture. The paper presents architecture of online approval system based on the analysis and key technologies of the online approval system, the paper presents the overall design of the online approval system according to the system’s design goals, design principles, the overall framework and divided the system to function modules; besides, presents the detailed design of the system, including the procedural framework for the design, detailed functional design, database design, and user interaction design;3) implement online approval system, and present experimentally evaluation of the system. The online approval system uses a J2EE framework, the MVC model, SSH and XML technologies, inside and outside the network module test of online approval system to verify the system has availability, stability, reliability, 4) Summarize the research achievement of this paper and current legacy problem of the system, and present the improved approach of the online approval system.
