Liaohe Oil Field is a low permeability reservoir, formation oil poor,so far taken the field,oil production is uninterrupted manner,but the real time account for the oil pumping unit run time of less than20%,most of the time pumping machine has "air pumping"phenomenon, resulting in energy loss,while increasing the mechanical wear,reduce the mechanical life and increase the oil production cost. This situation for the Liaohe Oilfield,Liaohe Oilfield,commissioned by,a kind of economical and effective way to achieve the monitoring of pumping. Works on paper and oil pipeline pumping flow rate changes based on the analysis completed a set of monitoring wells based on ultrasonic technology, system design,results mainly in the following areas:First, determine the signal detection approach.After the actual research in the oil field in the flow of crude oil does not interfere with the state of the original conditions,with manufacturers of the actual situation,he final choice as a means of detection of ultrasonic signals,the use of "jet lag" structure for real-time monitoring.Second,the design of the oil well monitoring system hardware. Monitoring terminal includes flow measurement module and the drive circuit power supply circuit, sensor data acquisition and processing circuit and the serial communication interface circuit. However, close to the obstacle distance measurement module echo reflected by the transducer in the receiving and return the microcontroller pin.The external interrupt has not been opened. Therefore, this barrier will not be detected by ultrasound measurement module. In order to minimize obstructions exist but can not be detected to the impact of the whole design,I am in the measurement module attached to an infrared sensor,so that the effect is more close to my design objective to be achieved.Third,the completion of pumping "air pumping" state of the judge. Through the RS232serial port to PC collected data transmitted and through the Lab VIEW graphical display. According to the laboratory and field data obtained through analysis and processing,a reasonable algorithm to real-time,accurately determine the working status of the current pumping and working time by monitoring the terminal display device in real time display.
