The Research Of Mobile Business After-Service System

Along with the development of communication network, embedded operating system and mobile terminal devices, Mobile business service mode has been gradually extended personal service to enterprise application service. Windows Mobile is an operating system based on mobile devices and support developing multi-functional mobile business applications. Usually, enterprise information system supports personal computer network operating environment, but mobile technology will provide a new application mode for enterprise information system. This thesis researched the combination of mobile technology with enterprise applications, and proposed a remote application service mode of mobile device to be applied to enterprise information after-service system.The thesis analyzed the example of mobile business application which supports Windows Mobile operating system, and represents the development process of Visual Studio Mobile devices application program. It stated the acquisition way of positioning data by calling the GPS function modules of mobile devices. By using Web Service technology, it completes remote calling of after-sales assignments, feedback submission, image transmission, positioning data upload and cross-platform service integration.The thesis presented an application model of embedded database which effectively solved the offline data storage and data transmission of mobile devices. The thesis described how to ensure the data layer of mobile applications and information system enterprise secure by using multi-data security strategies such as user password authentication, equipment identification authentication, data logical authentication.The thesis realized an after-sales service mode which supports mobile terminals, and this mode can reduce the cost of after-sales service of corporate and improve enterprise after-sales service quality if it is applied in a large enterprise information system, thus it also provided a direction for applying other enterprise business systems under mobile environment in technical field.
