As technology continues to progress and development, for active acquisition target location without GPS equipment arrived at or near the place, the traditional positioning technology is difficult to be effectively applied. Therefore, a positioning technology is proposed which can help people dynamic, remote, active acquisition target location information.Multiple information fusion target positioning system is based on multiple information fusion technology for the purpose of the target. There are many advantages of this system which you do not need to target erection equipment and transmission of any form of signal and can target for its location information within the effective range, as long as the target visual. With satellite signals can be attained continuous, the system could application on the mobile carrier, which can realize dynamic and active target positioning over a long distance. The system is small in size, easy to carry, high mobility, long detection distance, which can be widely applied in civil and military fields.Multiple information fusion target positioning system consists of many sensors with different features and the sampling rate. As a result of a single sensor on its own structure and process features, the sensor easily affected by external environment interference noise, sometimes generate large measuring error, even the wrong measurements. The asynchronous sampling in the information fusion, data transmission delay will also cause measurement error to the positioning system. A method is researched that based on multiple information fusion target positioning system of the dynamic measuring error correction.Based on multiple information fusion localization algorithm,3D coordinate calculation model was established, active positioning of target points has achieved which is the multiple information fusion target positioning system in3D space. Based on GPS, electronic compass, and the principle of laser range finder and the error analysis, the dynamic measurement error of the each sensor calibration is achieved by a method which used the LS-KF algorithm and the ellipse hypothesis principle and the precision of time interval measurement. The multiple information fusion target positioning system error correction is achieved by a least common multiple sampling asynchronous fusion algorithm. In the experiment, the feasibility and effectiveness of all kinds of method is verified and the dynamic measuring error correction method is successfully applied in multiple information fusion target positioning system to make the positioning of the system error to±10m.
