The Development And Design Of Staff Information Management System For School Of Art. Xihua University

With the coming of information society and the rapid development of informationtechnology, enterprise pay more and more attention to the staffing management, thecapital investment proportion also increases, staff information management systemdevelopment also began step to a more perfect stage. The most traditional way ofmanage enterprise staff information are rely on artificially homework, this is not onlyinefficient but also may occurrent omission easily, it can’t satisfy the need of theenterprise apparently in the current competitive environment. So, more and more peopleknow informatization management, and informatization management is more and morewidely used in enterprise management. Staff information management system adoptsB/S structure, manage staff information and the working process of enterprise staffingrelated centrality, improve enterprise work efficiency, reducing the management costand make management tends to perfect overall.In this context, we developed a set of staff information management system basedon the actual demand of enterprise staff informatization management. The systemrealizes several major modules such as staff information maintain、system management、and administration management, improved the efficiency of manage the information ofthe staffs.Staff information management system is a typical information system which isbased on B/S structure. The system combined computer technology with informationmanagement, which can meet the demand of universities better. We adopts the modulardevelopment and the popular development framework to finish the design after researchand need analysis.Staff information management system is a kind of typical information managementsystem (MIS), program combines the setting and maintenance of database and thedevelopment of the frontend application, using Java, SQL language as the developmenttool, using the SSH structure, improving the efficient and quality of developing greatly.The focus of the paper is the modules of enterprise staff informatizationmanagement. We begin with the project background, introduces the basic concepts and the advantages of staff informatization management compared with the modules oftraditional staff informatization management. And the paper presents the technologiesduring development process, including J2EE, B/S, SSH, Javascript and so on. After that,the article describes the ideas of development, the function and design of the systemmanagement module in detail, realize the maintenance of the information of the staffs、roles、permissions and company organization structure.
