The Design And Realization Of Judicial Electronic Government Based On The Struts Skeleton

The popularity and development of network and information technology application have paved the way for scientific creation of digital, advanced and intellectual justice. This paper presents a set of reasonable and applicable solution to the e-government judicial system, which has realized automation in e-government judicial offices and the "12348" legal service hotline system. It also forms a unified platform that improves the efficiency of the judiciary. This system adopts object-oriented methods to analyze and design, therefore, the entire architecture of the system is modular and easy to be understood, expanded and modified. This system consists of two parts: web application and voice service. The web application uses B/S structure and mainly supplies for the automation and information of internal judicial bureau offices. Web application chooses J2EE technology based on the combination of struts and Hibernate. This kind of technology improves the efficiency of development and offers better maintainability and the ability of expansion to the system. The voice service system realizes redevelopment based on the voice interface card. It adapts a unified data platform which achieves the seamless joint between the "12348" legal service hotline and the automatic system in internal offices, and greatly improves the efficiency of the judicial office and the quality of service.On the basis of detailed analysis of a variety of needs and technical feasibility, this paper introduces the process of the skeleton analysis and the achievement of the design in detail and provides the interface of system type model maps, database design and the corresponding application program as well as giving us a brief introduction of the related theory of test. In the end, the paper points out some disadvantages of this system compared with the existing ones, and suggests that the next step should the further study and improvement of this system and the pursuit of the ideal e-government judicial system. I do the main work is a function of demand system analysis and design models of the system of categories plans and outlines the relevant theory test.
