Mobile-payment possesses the characteristics of convenient, secure and quick as anew payment service which synthesizes the mainstream of payment transaction.However, after China experiences several years of disputes under the standard of mobilepayment (13.56MHz and2.4GHz), it reaches the final agreement in2012and decides touse13.56MHz as the standard of near-field mobile payment.China mobile-payment is back on track with the final agreement of its standard,and it must have a rapid development. While being one of the payment methods ofmobile-payment, NFC technology has multifarious advantages. The text is on thebackground of the technology and put the NFC technology into the use of traditionalpayment. Meanwhile, connecting the SIM card with NFC chip under the considerationof the security of mobile payment. With the help of the existing authentication methodof SIM, we can easily solve the security problem of mobile terminal. Compared withcertificate of implant, it is speedy and reliable. At the same time, it’s beneficial topopularize.After establishing the hardware of NFC chip and SIM card, we import the reliableand convenient mobile payment system according to the character and current situationof mobile payment. The design and realization of this system is the core of the wholethesis, the design is opened and modularized platform, it can have a good access to theBOSS system, WAP gateway as well as bank, providing them with a reliable capability,meanwhile to offer a secure and convenient transaction platform to various users.The thesis has elaborate the overall design programmer of the system in order tohave an analyze of the function and demand of the mobile payment system in detail.The paragraphs firstly describe the function framework and orientation. The thesisdivides the system into several parts according to its characters. We adopted thethree-tier saturation, namely UI, BLL, DAL in order to embody "High cohesion and lowcoupling” this idea. Besides, the data system realizes all the detail record, userinformation and log record of the transition. Finally it design a series of security systemof password confirmation based on the authentication of the SIM card in order to protect the whole system.At the same time, the text will take the communication module, systemmanagement module as well we transaction module as the core function example toillustrate. This section firstly introduces the communication module which definite thecommunication mechanism of mobile payment. Then it has a detailed analysis ofsystem management and transaction modules though the flow chart. Meanwhile, in theconcrete realization, it encloses design diagram as well as implementation code, anddeeply introduces the implementation details of internal module function.In the end, the text introduces the prosperity and development trend of themobile-payment, and analysis the problems that need to be further discussed andrealized by the system.
