In recent years, along with the continuous development of mobile terminal and e-business, large amount of mobile payment products are deadly needed. Besides the general tripartite, such as AliPay and YeePay, exclusive payments in some fields are necessary to be developed to satisfy some special needs.This thesis topic of the research is trying to use WP8.0to design a mobile payment suiting the residence communities for satisfy the needs of smart communities. WP8.0is short for Windows Phone8.0designed by Microsoft. It was released in the end of2012.Compared with WP7.5, WP8.0owns a new system kernel to Integrate WP8.0into Windows8.0. Considering Windows8.0won a great market share in PC-used system, WP8.0’s choice is wise. But we have to admit that the number of APPs in WP is fewer than that in IOS and Android, especially in payment area. So, this thesis aims to design a reliable driblet payment system for residence communities in WP8.0. The main work of this thesis is to optimize the SET and3DS protocol and find a suitable method to realize the system. Then, author use the WP8.0SDK to realize the client, use VS2012and WCF to realize the server program, use SQL Server to realize the database and use VS2010to realize monitor. Finally, author use these software to verify the system’s security and feasibility.In detail, firstly this thesis introduces the background knowledge of WP8.0, SET,3DS, WCF and so on. Then, author optimizes SET to suit the mobile payment conditions and propose the security classification regulation including algorithm selection, key length and the number of signature. After the introduction of whole technological process of system, author realizes the client, server and monitor. At the end of the thesis, author test the system and show the result.According to the design, results prove the feasibility and security of the residence communities’mobile payment in WP8.0. However, the system of residence communities’ mobile payment is still not perfect, there are many details and the problems need to be solved due to the limits of technology and business. The author will do the related works in near future.
