Network Aided Teaching System has been developed into a key issue in current educational field, thanks to the rapid development of modern educational technology, digital information technology and network communication technology, as well as to the deepgoing of the study of integrating information technology into traditional teaching effectively under the Internet circumstances. And "how to make full use of the Network Aided Teaching System to teach students to learn autonomously and collaboratively, so as to improve their metacognitive ability, leading to the achievement of the independent, personalized and lifelong learning purposes." has been a crucial issue faced by teachers nowadays.This study found that there are limited research in our country on how to improve learners’metacognitive ability under the Internet circumstances, by taking advantage of the digital library and making literature search for metacognition and Network Aided Teaching System. As a result, this study used related research results of scholars at home and abroad for reference. Combing metacognition and basic characteristics of network teaching, this study developed an external environment for students to apply their metacognitive strategy in win7platform, using WAMP frame design. This system basically implement the function modules of station announcements management, curriculum management, faculty management, teaching resources management, forum management, user management, test management, etc, providing students with a network environment for autonomous learning and collaborative learning, and providing a platform to improve the communication and sharing of knowledge between students and teachers, finally leading to the improvement of teaching quality.
