Power Station Construction Enterprise is the enterprise whose main business isbuilding power station with organizing and managing professional talents, machinery,material and equipment. Under the domestic power station construction marketsaturation and severe competition, power station construction enterprise go abroad tobuild power station. For the global competition among power station constructionenterprises, the price of bid-winning is very low and the work period is very short. Inorder to win the competitive edge among the enterprises which have relative sameproductive element and to keep constantly development trend, the innovation of theoriginal management mode and measures is necessary. Cost control ability is a veryimportant indicator for enterprise management. It is the most important factor for theenterprise. The cost management level influences the profits directly. How to reduce thecost during construction and rebuilding is the problem which is faced by the powerstation construction enterprises. This article intends to analyze the current situation ofcost management, cost management requirements and application of informationizedtechnique in enterprises cost management. To realize the effective management of theenterprise cost, daily work informatization and paperless and main materials andsub-construction cost management in order to reduce the construction cost wastemaximum, save enterprise cost and increase the profits for enterprises though advancedpower construction cost management idea and informatization technique.This thesis is guided by advanced power station construction cost managementidea, based on three levels C/S and B/S and taken advantage of DELPHI, ASP.NET andWeb6.0to develop the cost management software which is suitable for power stationconstruction. CMPSC（Cost Management System of Power Station Construction）takesadvantage of the target status to check the reliability of the software, does the test andanalysis of the software and applies the reasonable suggestion for the followingdevelopment.
