After the inputting basic material information, according to the constituent elements of cost in construction projects such as cost of materials, the rental fee of turnover materials, the rental fees or machine-team of construction equipment, labor costs and all the expenses in construction of project management and other Ministry organization; With the basic information of the cost and materials, from the whole process of management activities of the cost projections, planning, control, accounting, analysis and assessment, according to the ideas and methods of target cost management and construction project cost management, the system automatically calculates and statistical analysis. In the software functions, System designed materials module, turnover materials modules, mechanical modules, manual module, sub module, management module, financial module, payroll module, the contract module, system maintenance module, report module, the help module, to adjust and control dynamicly the cost occurred in project implementation.Through Dynamic cost control system accumulating a large number of accurate, detailed, comprehensive data to provide the basis for working capital and project management of the construction enterprise decision-makers, according to the related factors of project cost, to provide supplementary plan for plan adjustment and resources purchase, and to guide for enterprises making project implementation plans and construction norm, thereby, reducing the cost of construction enterprises in the construction and increasing enterprise efficiency.
