| With the rapid development of the information system of the IT era, the traditionalmarketing mode of real estate information facing a comprehensive reform. Real estateinformation network marketing has gradually become an indispensable part ofconsumers and the real estate business in the eyes of the information access anddissemination means. Network timely, efficient, intuitive, sensation is the main sourceof power with the real estate industry and information technology.The content of this paper is the design and practice of real estate informationrelease system based on Web, the main technology of this system is used in ASP.NETframework and SQL Server database system, the main focus on real estate informationcustomers detailed classification, and based on the characteristics of different segmentsof customers, the customers make the appropriate subdivision customer informationrecommendation. This system is based on user demand and potential demand analysis,combined with the practical condition of the user, determine the characteristics ofcustomer segment. This customer segment based on the characteristics, classification,user query information sorting, priority show real estate information conforms to thecharacteristics of customer base, lagging behind other information, has reached theeffect of information recommendation.Starting from the introduction, we introduced the research background and thespecific content of the study, we will continue to use the tools and key technology of thesystem. System design is the analysis of the current real estate market based on userdemand, the information issue system and the information recommendation systembasic requirements, including user front-end design consists of6modules, and thebackstage server design consists of2modules. In a detailed description of theimplementation and the key details of the end system, and improved the conclusion andfuture system. |
